MEALS FEE
The Client shall ensure the proper meal provision to SHAKHOV TEAM or pay the fee for a meal in the amount of $ 75 per person.
DEPOSITS
All deposits (retainer fees) are non-refundable.
GRATUITY
Gratuity is not required but is greatly appreciated it.
Cancellation
The STAR MUSIC GROUP shall have the right to cancel the services if the Client fails to make payment as detailed above.
The Client and STAR MUSIC GROUP agree that the Contract is not subject to cancellation unless both Parties have agreed to such cancellation in writing.
Artist transportation
For performances in all cities except Chicago, the client provides transportation for SHAKHOV TEAM airport - hotel - venue - hotel - airport (minimum 4 trips). Or pay a transportation fee of $400.
Parking & Facility Access
The Client shall provide the STAR MUSIC GROUP with reasonable parking accommodations as well as space within the venue to prepare and rehearse for their performance.
PHOTO & VIDEO
Pictures and videotape of the event are permitted for the private use of the contracting party only. No performance on the engagement shall be recorded, reproduced, or transmitted from the place of performance, in any manner, or any means whatsoever, in the absence of a specific written agreement with STAR MUSIC GROUP relating to and permitting such recording, reproduction, or transmission.
equipment
STAR MUSIC GROUP shall be provided with time that is not less than 3 hours for its equipment installation. It this time is less than 3 hours the Client shall pay fee of 200 USD. If this time is less than 2 hours the Client shall pay fee of 400 USD. If this time is less 1.5 hour the Client shall pay fee of 600 USD. But this time for equipment installation shall not be less than 1 hour.
The Client shall bear full responsibility for obtaining the permission on use of the Shakhov Entertainment`s equipment from the Management of the Venue where the Shakhov Entertainment`s equipment (haze machine, fog machine, Low Fog Generator, spark machine etc.) is going to be used. All these issues shall be agreed by the Client. STAR MUSIC GROUP shall not bear any responsibility for any disputes arising due to not proper agreement between the Client and the Management of the Venue.
For efficient and qualitative operation of the Low Fog Generator the Client shall ensure meeting all technical requirements for its usage (the air conditioning must be switched off for 15 minutes before usage and there shall be no draft: during the usage of Low Fog Generator all doors must be closed, etc). And the Client shall bear full responsibilities for meeting these requirements.
force-major circumstances
The Contract of the STAR MUSIC GROUP to perform is subject to proven detention by accidents, riots, strikes, epidemics, acts of God, or any other legitimate conditions beyond their control. If such circumstances arise, all reasonable efforts will be made by STAR MUSIC GROUP to find replacement entertainment at the agreed upon fees. The Client agrees that in all circumstances, STAR MUSIC GROUP liability shall be exclusively limited to an amount equal to the performance fee and that STAR MUSIC GROUP shall not be liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from any breach of contract.
Safety & Security
The Client agrees to take sufficient measures to ensure the health, safety, and security all performance attendees and staff of the STAR MUSIC GROUP.
